Video - Indonesia: Gold and Silver Coins as Currency

Video is a bit tough to watch as it is not all the content is in english. It does however have subtitles and really explains how gold/silver are true currency as opposed to a fiat monetary system.

  1. Silver bullion includes silver coins as well as silver bars.
Silver coins, such as minted coins distributed in the U S and other countries prior to 1965, was made of ninety % silver plus 10% copper.
In addition to those items, there is still the America the Beautiful 5 oz silver bullion coins that should be coming soon.

  2. I just wanted to get some feedback about 2oz silver coins- are they anything special.
So you found a small field of old coins in your grandmother's loft, and you need to clear them up and promote them.
silver means they can be easily damaged as coins for distribution.

  3. Thanks for the post silver coins. 2 oz silver coins are at least worth their weight in silver but may also have a antique or numistic value as well. I would personally locate a coin dealer and have them take a look to determine if they have additional value on top of what they are already worth. Silver is currently going for $18.24 per oz.
